During the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona, Microsoft revealed details of Windows Phone 7 Series, which features a new operating system and integration with Xbox Live and Zune services.

Windows Phone 7 celular Microsoft has just released a new Mobile Operating System, the Windows Phone 7 Series, which is not an iPhone Killer, but looks like a strong, direct adversary. Its UI appeareance is very sophisticated and elegant. I like it.

Windows Phone 7 Series was announced in the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona, Spain.

The iPhone main advantage is the huge variety of apps that it has. But time will tell if this new OS will atract to software companies and developers.
Windows Phone 7 Series is not a Multitask OS, but you can hear music while using other apps, and it has push notifications, very similar as the iPhone.

During the MIX conference (in the next month) more details will be covered. It will be available at the end of this 2010.
